The 5.5 inch rollers arrived as raw wood. However, we will coat the roller with food grade coconut oil and beeswax. The 8 inch rollers arrive pre-coated; however, please care for your wooden items with tips given below.
We recommend caring for your wooden items periodically. If dough sticks or begins to stick, clean dough off, and coat with your favorite wood protective product. We recommend beeswax or a beeswax and other food safe oil/wax combination.
